TODAY

Driving Miss Daisy Fall Dinner Theatre Coffee/Dessert Show

When: 8 p.m. today and Saturday; 6:30 p.m. Sunday

Why Go: Who doesn't love this classic, which was made famous in the 1989 film adaptation starring Jessica Tandy and Morgan Freeman?

Price: Tickets for today's show cost $12. If you call 770-509-2700 and ask for the discount code, the rate drops to $10. Tickets for Sunday's show are $25 each.  Buy tickets.

Strandemonium

When: 8 p.m. today and Saturday; 3 p.m. Sunday; and 7 p.m. Wednesday

Where: Earl Smith Strand Theatre, 117 North Park Square NE | Get directions

Why Go: There will be music for people of all ages and blood types with classics such as “Monster Mash,” “Purple People Eater” and “Love Potion No. 9.”

SATURDAY

Smyrna Fall Jonquil Festival

When: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday

Why Go: Eat and play with the whole family while knocking out some of your holiday shopping.

Price: Admission is free.

Marietta Zombie Walk

When: 5 p.m. Saturday. 

Where: Glover Park on the Historic Marietta Square, 50 North Park Square NE | Get directions 

Why Go: Feel like you're a cast member of everyone's favorite AMC hit television series, The Walking Dead

Price: Free, but canned good donations for MUST Ministries are requested.

Halloween Celebration

When: 6 p.m. Saturday. 

Where: Town Center at Cobb, 400 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy. NW |  Get directions 

Why Go: Young ghouls and goblins can celebrate Halloween in a fun and safe environment.

Price: Free.
