PSA Healthcare is currently hiring for an IT Help Desk Technician. The person in this position will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software. They will respond to help desk tickets and calls, troubleshoot and run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and find and execute the best solution. Other responsibilities include installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware and software, daily maintenance of computers, writing training manuals and more.
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. At least two years experience is required.
