At the time of inspection a container of milk was found in the walk-in with a date of 10/11/12. Milk was discarded. In-use utensils for hot-held potentially hazardous foods should be stored in a container of 135oF water. 2). Cup with a handle was laying in hydrated onions. Cup removed and replaced with a scoop where the handle was above the top.
