Violations: 4-2B, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Cheese slicer and ice machine observed with build up of food debris and mold like substance. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. New Violation. 5-2, Violation of Code: [.04(7)(e) ] To go menus do not have an advisory, disclosure and reminder for foods that are served undercooked or raw. Please correct menus. New Violation. 14A, Violation of Code: [.05(1)(a) ] Unfinished wood on shelving and in cabinets in bar. Side wood panels of countertop at bar with wood that is not smooth. All surfaces in this area must be smooth and easily washable. Please either paint surfaces with a high gloss/epoxy paint or seal wood.
