CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT

Activity date: May 15, 2015 – May 17, 2015

Zone 1
Theft Report – Subject at a residence on Penland Rd. reported several credit cards missing. Incident occurred three weeks ago.

Damage to Property – The back glass to a Chevrolet Avalanche was reportedly damaged in the area of Youth Jersey Rd.

Zone 2
Fraud Report – Subject at a residence on Amber Stapp Studdard Rd. reportedly had a debit card charged several times.

Entering Auto – A 2012 Toyota Corolla was reportedly entered at a residence on Frost Rd. Nothing reported missing.

Disturbing the Peace – Party on location at a residence on Amber Stapp Studdard Rd. Homeowner was advised to turn down the music.

Suspicious Vehicle – A white male in a green, Honda reportedly drove through the yard of a residence on Trotter Ln. Area checked. No contact with subject.

Zone 3
Suspicious Person – Subjects acting suspicious in the area of Navaho Trail reportedly trying to sell vacuum cleaners.

Vicious Animal – Subject was reportedly chased by a dog in the area of Barton Bridge Rd. Area checked. No dogs located.

Arrest – Renee Jones was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Mountain View Dr.

Arrest – Gregory Outland was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Newton County, also cited for Driving with a Suspended License Seatbelt Violation following a traffic stop on Unisia Dr. and Hwy 83.

Loud Music – Party on location at a residence Brook Lane. Homeowner advised to turn off music.

Zone 4
Arrest – Adam Conner was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Walton Rd.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Gratis Rd. at the 1800 block. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Edgar De Jesus Oros was arrested for Driving while Unlicensed and John Keeter was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and DUI as a result of the safety check.

Firearms Discharged – Firearms and loud explosions reported in the area of Mountain Creek Church Rd. Contact made with subjects. Subjects shooting in a safe manner.

Zone 5
Arrest – Zendy Hernandez was arrested for Driving while Unlicensed and Speeding following a traffic stop on Tanners Bridge Rd.

Arrest – Nicholas Richardson was arrested for Criminal Trespass at a residence on Hwy 81 following a dispute.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on New Hope Church Rd. and Royal Park Dr. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Arrest – Danny Carrillo and Rivas Franquez were arrested No Drivers License after turning around at a safety check and swapping drivers.

Arrest – John Brannen was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce following a traffic stop in the area of Hwy 81 and Riverglen Dr.

Loud Music – Numerous complaints of a band reportedly playing in the area of Bold Springs Rd. in the early hours. Contact was made. Subject was asked to turn music down.

Arrest – Zachary Gresham was arrested for Battery and Cruelty to Children.

Arrest – Emmett Butler was arrested for Driving while Unlicensed and Seatbelt violation following a traffic stop on Hwy 11.

Extra Patrol – Extra patrol requested in Shadow Wood Subdivision in reference to neighborhood teenagers harassing a resident on Shadow Wood Dr. Teenagers are reportedly dressing in camouflage and entering the property.

Arrest – Lisa Quanstrum was arrested for DUI in the area of Hickory Grove Church Rd. and Bold Springs Rd.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Walker Park Elementary School. School checked. Everything okay.

Zone 6
Arrest – Roy Adcox was arrested for an outstanding warrant at Quicks Korner off of Claude Brewer Rd. for an outstanding warrant out of Duluth Police Department following a suspicious person complaint.

Damage to Property – Subject’s cell phone was reportedly chewed up by a neighbor’s dog.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Green Rd. and North Sharon Church Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Alarm- Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Rene Ct. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on GA 20 and Ivory Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Derrick Levell was arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Related Objects.

Damage to Property – The driver’s side window of a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado was reportedly busted out between 11:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Theft Report – The renewal sticker was reportedly removed off a tag of a vehicle at a residence on Centerhill Church Rd.

Stolen Vehicle – A 2005 car hauler trailer was stolen from a residence on Hwy 81. Incident occurred around 10:30 p.m.

Zone 7
Entering Auto – Four vehicles were reportedly entered during the night at a residence on Woodland Circle. A tool bag with assorted tools, one flashlight Taser and two hammer drills were taken.

Entering Auto – A 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was entered during the evening at a residence on Greenhill Way. No items were taken.

Theft Report – An iPad 2 was reportedly stolen from a residence on Carter Dr. Incident occurred on May 13, 2015.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check Centerhill Church Rd. and Green Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Dalton Dutton was arrested for DUI Drugs as a result of the safety check.

Loud Music – Loud music reported in the area of Lee Ln in Dutch Mill subdivision. No contact with any loud music.

Theft Report – Subject reportedly had two garage sale signs taken from the entrance to Dutch Mill Subdivision.

Arrest – Joshua Fulcher was arrested for DUI, Open Container and Failure to Maintain Lane following a traffic stop in the area of H D Atha Rd. and Sardis Church Rd.

Entering Auto – A 2013 Dodge Dart was reportedly entered at a residence on Cannon Farm Rd. between 9:00 p.m. and 9:15 a.m. Multiple items taken.

Entering Auto – Four vehicles were reportedly entered at a residence on Cannon Farm Rd. Multiple items taken. Slim, white male seen by residents in the area sleeping in a small, burgundy SUV parked in a driveway in the area. Extra patrol requested.

Entering Auto – A 1994 Honda Civic was reportedly entered at a residence on Cannon Farm Rd. No items taken. Extra patrol requested.

Entering Auto - A white male was reportedly seen sitting inside a Jeep Wrangler by resident owner at a residence on Cannon Farm Rd. No contact made with subject. A lottery scratch off ticket was reportedly taken from the vehicle. Extra patrol requested.
