CRIME AWARENESS/COMMUNITY INFORMATION ALERT
Activity date: February 18, 2015 – February 19, 2015
Zone 1
Threats – Subject on Riverwood Dr. reportedly had threats made to her through Facebook.
Zone 2
Nothing reported.
Zone 3
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested at a residence on Bearden Rd. due to vehicles driving in yards.
Burglary – A residence was reportedly entered on Mulberry Creek Dr. Ring is only thing known missing.
Damage to Property – A house on Preston Rd. was reportedly egged around 11:00p.m. on 02/19/15. Extra patrol requested due to above incident and also reports of phone lines reportedly being cut twice in the past month.
Zone 4
Alarm – Walton County Deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Clarence Odum Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.
Zone 5
Burglary – A residence was reportedly entered on Tipperary Circle between 8:30a.m. and 6:30p.m on 02/19/15. Several firearms were reportedly taken.
Arrest – Sally Coniglio was arrested for DUI at a residence on Double Springs Rd.
Zone 6
Suspicious Vehicle – A red, passenger car was reportedly seen pulling into a residence multiple times on Manor Way. Vehicle was reportedly occupied by two male subjects. Extra patrol was requested.
Alarm – Walton County Deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Tuck Rd.
Business checked. Everything okay.
Fraud – Subject on Lancelot Ct. reportedly received a phone call from a suspected IRS scam stating if he did not pay money he would face legal consequences.
Arrest – Derrick Givan was arrested for Child Molestation and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes at a residence on Sleepy Hollow.
Zone 7
Harassing Phone Call – The Monroe Police Department and the Walton County 911 Center reportedly received calls from vacant residence on Wildwood Ln. Caller was reportedly making sexual comments and asking law enforcement to deliver alcohol to the caller. Incident is being investigated.
Alarm – Walton County Deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Leone Ave. Business checked. Everything okay.
