The has a new mobile app that lets citizens submit requests on the go and a redesigned, easy-to-use website that helps visitors find what they're looking for more easily.

A case number is issued upon submission, and users can use the app to track the progress of the submitted issue. The app is available in Android Market and on iTunes App Store.
