Chipotle to Support Atlanta Bicycle Coalition

The Midtown franchise will be giving out free bike swag on Thursday.

In celebration of National Bike Month and just in time for Bike to Work Week, all Atlanta-area Chipotle Mexican Grills will come together to support the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition.

On Thursday, May 14 from (11 a.m-10 p.m.) Atlantans are asked to show their support for the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition by eating at any of the 26 Atlanta-area Chipotle restaurants, as the burrito chain will donate up to $10,000 to the organization. The Atlanta Bicycle Coalition will also be giving out free bike swag at the Midtown Chipotle location (718 Ponce de Leon Ave Atlanta, GA 30306) from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

The money raised will go towards creating a healthier, more livable Atlanta by making it safer, easier, and more attractive to bicycle for fun, fitness, and transportation. The funding will support projects of the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition including Atlanta Streets Alive, an open streets initiative, and the Earn a Bike program for underserved youth.
