Holiday Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms

A mushroom cap stuffed with a tasty mixture and baked until golden and crispy...yum!

For this quick and easy recipe, choose small or medium mushrooms, rather than the huge caps used in restaurants. The pop-in-your-mouth convenience of the smaller mushrooms is perfect for holiday celebrations. They hold together better than the larger variety, too.


Bacon, cream cheese, garlic, shredded cheese, parsley, and 2 1/2-inch-diameter white mushrooms, stemmed.


    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden on top, about 18-20 minutes. Serve.
