Man Shot Outside Roswell Apartment Complex

ROSWELL, GA -- A 20-year-old man was shot Tuesday afternoon while standing outside an apartment complex at a Roswell intersection.

Lisa Holland, public information officer with the Roswell Police Department, said the victim was situated outside Holcomb's Crossing at 100 Holcomb Ferry Road when he was shot.

Witnesses told police a red Ford Mustang, with a charcoal-colored striping on the bottom half of the car, was driving around the complex before the shooting.

A person inside the vehicle began to shoot at the victim as the car made an exit from the complex. The victim was hit twice, Holland added.

The victim was conscious on the scene, and was transported to an area hospital for treatment, Holland stated.
