Leadership Sandy Springs To Host Talk on How To Build Engaging Cities

The organization's inaugural speaker series will feature city development expert Peter Kageyama.

Leadership Sandy Springs next month will host its inaugural speaker series at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church.

The event will be held Thursday, Feb. 5 and will feature recognized city development expert Peter Kageyama, author of For the Love of Cities.

The event is $25 for members and $30 for non-members, and will feature networking and appetizers at 6:30 p.m.. The program will get underway at 7 p.m.

Kageyama will discuss ways to cultivate an emotionally engaged city and how residents can participate in grassroots organizing to create change in their communities.
