CITGO, T-Mobile Setting Up Locally

There will soon be another local place for people to buy a cell phone, and a new station to fill their gas tanks.

T-Mobile is setting up in the Crowe's Crossing retail center on S. Hairston Road, anchored by Kroger.

T-Mobile partner Surge Communications owns and will operate the new store, bringing its number of greater Atlanta locations to seven, a T-Mobile spokesman said. There should be about 15 locations in the Atlanta area by year's end, he said.

The store will open around May 4. Hours will be Monday – Saturday, 10 am – 9 pm, and Sunday, 11 am – 6 pm.

The CITGO is being built by Mansfield Oil on Covington Highway, a CITGO spokesman said. The site is a former bank.
