We have all heard about the deals you can get these days if you are willing to wait through the lengthy short sale process.  Foreclosures on the market also frequently present buyers with additional big bargains on bank-owned properties.  What is getting more and more difficult to find is the typical owner, selling their home through their real estate agent in what is called a traditional sale.

On the other side of things, potential sellers have to position their home on the market while considering the significant savings that buyers may get going another route, such as a short sale. This issue is further complicated by the falling value of homes in today's economy. There are many benefits to buyers when working with a homeowner such as dealing with a single person or couple instead of a large financial corporation.

More often than not, it is simpler to get these transactions done swiftly and smoothly as the two parties are dealing directly with each other.

This week, Suwanee Real Estate takes a close look at five homes on the market that are not short sales or foreclosures, but traditional sales.  Click on the address link for all the details of that particular property.

1.  5162 Enniskillen Court  $320,000
