Many students from the Druid Hills neighborhood school will progress to the national level of competition.

Paideia students have won an outstanding number of Scholastic Art Regional Awards and many will progress to the national level of competition. The list of winners follows.

Gold Key Award Winners, who all will progress to the national level of competition, are: Naomi Carolan, Printmaking (2); Caroline Dresser, PrintmakingWilliam Fry, Photography; Emma Ming Kayhart,  Mixed Media; Maria Lozano, Drawing; Anna Morris, Photography, and Jane Zen, Drawing.

Silver Key Award Winners are: Shivani Beall, Digital Art; Ally Braden, Printmaking; Naomi Carolan, Printmaking;  Laura Iarocci, Comic Art; Emma Ming Kayhart, Mixed Media; Maria Lozano, Drawing; Parker Luse, Drawing;  Sophia Tigges, Ceramics, and Jane Zen, Painting (2).

Honorable Mention Award Winners are: Sarina Chalmers, Printmaking; Theodore Davis, Drawing; Maddi Friedman, Painting; Camille Jones, Ceramics; Parker Luse, Mixed Media; Ike Oedel, Film and Animation; Charles Peskin, Photography; Sonali Raghavan, Printmaking;  Spencer Rose, Photography; Dominique Straughn-Turner, Printmaking; Siena Tetali, Printmaking; Sophia Tigges, Ceramics (2); Aldo Urquiza, Photography, and Jane Zen, Painting (2).

Portfolio Awards went to: Naomi Carolan, Gold Key for Printmaking; Emma Ming Kayhart, Gold Key for Mixed Media, and Sophia Tigges, Silver Key for Ceramics.

Emma Ming Kayhart and Cole Sullivan are American Visions Nominees.

Cole Sullivan  also won the Gold Key Regional Scholastic Writing Award, as well as the Silver Key.
