Dr. Gary Simon to discuss common shoulder and knee problems, latest procedures, and non-operative treatment options
Dr. Gary Simon of Resurgens Orthopaedics — Georgia’s largest
orthopaedic practice — will host a free educational session about injury
prevention Thursday, April 17 at the Resurgens
West Cobb office in
Marietta (3698 Largent Way, Suite 103) from 6-7 p.m.
Geared toward the higher level sports athlete, the weekend
warrior, and the active senior population, this casual, informative discussion
will cover common shoulder problems and knee conditions, prevention techniques,
the latest procedures, and non-operative treatment options that will help
athletes at all levels get back to doing the things they enjoy. A question and
answer session will follow.
With the warmer weather here to stay, Dr. Simon says this is
a great time to remind people of all fitness and ability levels about injury
“As we all head outside to enjoy our favorite activities, we
sometimes forget to work our way back to where we were before winter or that
we’re not in high school anymore,” said Dr. Simon. “Following some basic prevention
techniques and know what’s available to you should an injury occur are
important to keep us all healthy and active.”
Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to Traci
Westfelt at WestfelTLl@resurgens.com or call (678) 594-4215 to attend this free
