Algonquin Teens Charged With Burglary: Police Blotter

The Algonquin Police Department made the following arrests in recent days: 

June 6, 2014

8:56 a.m.: Dinataly, Juan A. DOB: 08/28/83 of 17 Sugar Creek Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Joe Caputos and Sons, 100 S Randall Road.  He was released on a Notice to Appear, with a court date of 07/30/14, in Algonquin. 

June 7, 2014

1:11 a.m.: Hinz, Jonah L. DOB: 08/31/95 of 900 Mark Lane, #202, Wheeling, was charged with DWLS and Speeding.  He was taken into custody at 2 N Main Street.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of 07/16/14, in McHenry County. 

4:35 p.m.: Two fifteen-year-old males from Algonquin were charged with Burglary.  They were taken into custody at 520 Longwood Drive.  They were both Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of their parents. 

8 p.m.: A fifteen-year-old male from Schaumburg was charged with No Valid Driver’s License.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond, with a court date of 07/09/14, in McHenry County.

June 8, 2014

8:20 p.m.: Pineda-Benitez, Anselmo DOB: 04/20/83 of 824 Olive Lane, Elgin, was charged with No Valid Driver’s License.  He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Harnish Drive.  He was released after posting $150, with a court date of 07/16/14, in McHenry County.
