Woodfield Mall to Welcome Tommy Bahama and Martin Lawrence Galleries
Woodfield Mall will welcome Tommy Bahama and Martin Lawrence Galleries this summer and fall.

Woodfield Mall, one of the largest shopping destinations in the United States with nearly 300 retail, dining and entertainment options, will welcome two new retailers this summer and fall: Tommy Bahama and Martin Lawrence Galleries. These additions, which come on the heels of the recent announcement of soon-to-open Uncle Julio’s, plus the recent opening of Vera Bradley and BoxLunch stores and remodels to existing stores, continue to further solidify Woodfield Mall as the Midwest’s most fashionable address.
“Woodfield Mall continues to attract some of the most popular names in retail as one of the largest shopping destinations in the country,” said Heather Lloyd, director of marketing and business development at Woodfield Mall. “Shoppers continue to benefit from our evolving retail mix, which provides our visitors with the ultimate shopping experience.”
Tommy Bahama will bring its resort style collection of men’s and women’s sportswear, swimwear, footwear, accessories and home décor items to Woodfield Mall this September. As purveyors of the island lifestyle, the iconic brand’s island-inspired prints in bold, rich colors are sure to transport shoppers to their favorite island destination. Tommy Bahama will be located on the upper level near Lord & Taylor.

Martin Lawrence Galleries, America’s premier gallery of fine art for more than 40 years, will open a permanent location this August on the upper level next to Nordstrom. Specializing in original paintings, sculptures and limited edition graphics, the gallery is distinguished by works of art by some of the great names and best emerging artists like Philippe Bertho, Erté, Pablo Picasso, Rembrandt, Andy Warhol and more. The gallery is open in a temporary location on the lower level near the play area.
These two retailers join the center’s ongoing retail boom, which includes several recent retail and dining additions opening soon or now open at Woodfield Mall. Complementing Woodfield Mall’s existing roster of full-service restaurants and fast-casual eateries, Uncle Julio’s will soon offer visitors its authentic Mexican cuisine and original Tex-Mex recipes featuring the freshest ingredients. This nationally recognized restaurant, which has locations in seven states, will be located in the upper level JCPenney Wing across from The Cheesecake Factory. Vera Bradley, a leading luggage, travel and accessory designer, and BoxLunch, a specialty retailer offering a curated collection of licensed and non-licensed merchandise, both opened in April.
