ALDI is hosting a hiring event for its Evergreen Park and Bedford Park stores Feb. 18.

CHICAGO, IL -- Known for offering wages and benefits that are higher than the national average for the retail industry, ALDI, which touts itself as one of America’s favorite grocery stores, will host a hiring event for is Bedford Park and Evergreen Park stores Saturday, Feb. 18. ALDI representatives will be hiring store associate, shift manager and manager trainee positions.
The hiring event is in support of the ongoing growth of ALDI in the area, offering customers high-quality grocery items at low prices.
ALDI representatives will be conducting in-person interviews for its Bedford Park and Evergreen Park stores from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.

- Store Associate - $12.00 - $13.50 per hour (varies by location.
- Shift Manager - $16.50-$18.00 per hour (varies by location).
- Manager Trainee - $54,900-$56,190 per year ($22.25-$22.75 per hour), with an opportunity to earn $82,000 to $94,000 per year as a Store Manager (varies by location).
- Employees averaging more than 25 hours a week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage.
- All employees are invited to participate in the 401(k) program.
To apply, candidates must meet the following job requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday - Sunday
- Retail experience preferred
- Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees
- Drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
