June 7Officers responded to Kay Jewelers, 641 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Two subjects entered the store at 1:09 p.m. and asked to see several pieces of jewelry, distracted the employee and concealed a ring and pair of earrings, then exited the store, according to police.
Jose Villapando, 31, 1132 Quail Run, was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver’s license, obstructing justice and an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at Lily Cache Ln. and Quadrangle Dr., according to police.
Gregory Kouba, 48, 212 Cherry Ct., was charged with two counts of DUI and a traffic signal violation, following a traffic stop at Hywood Ln. and Juniper Ln. at 12:59 a.m., police said.

Michael Wrenn, 36, 4721 Little Denise Ct., Valrico, Florida, was charged with DUI and failure to signal, following a traffic stop at Rockhurst Rd. and Bolingbrook Dr. at 3:19 a.m., police said.
