Romeoville Revolution 8U Girls Fastpitch managed by Tom Boehm, won the Soutwest Suburban Softball Championship June 22. Their record was 14-1-5, according to the team website.
With ages ranging between 7 to 9 years old, the team batting average was .620 with Gianna D'Amico earning the highest .824 batting average with 20 games and 34 at bats.
The team includes Jolene Anderson, Juliana Anderson, Isabel Bentancourt, Kameron Blizniak, Hailey Boardman, Allyson Boehm, Gianna D'Amico, Alexis Garcia, Leah Gargula, Savanah Jurgens, Iris Kachold, and Bridgette Mazurkiewicz.
The coaches are Tim D'Amico, Dale Anderson, Serena Anderson and Jason Blizniak.
