Wheeling Man Charged With Punching Pregnant Woman in Face
The 34-year-old man is being held on $175,000 bond.
WHEELING, IL - A 34-year-old Wheeling man is being held on a $175,000 bond after he allegedly punched his pregnant ex-girlfriend in the face Sunday afternoon.
Guadalupe Moreno-Osornio, 34, is charged with aggravated battery to a pregnant woman, a class 3 felony. Authorities said the woman, who was three months pregnant, was trying to leave Moreno-Osorino’s apartment when he struck her in the nose.
She suffered bleeding and swelling but did not go to the hospital, according to the article.
