WEDNESDAY, MAY 1

Repo Time

A 2002 Cadillac was to be repossessed on the first block of Old Mill Lane. Officers verified the order at 2:20 a.m., according to a report.

TUESDAY, APRIL 30

Night Ride

Someone at 9:48 p.m. reported a possible problem between juveniles at 91st Street and Garfield. When officers arrived on scene, all they found was residents riding their bicycles.

Toddler's Got Bite

One toddler bit another at 3:06 p.m. on the 600 block of Burr Ridge Parkway. There was no arrest and no signs of criminal activity, police said.

Hit and Run

A woman reported at 11:47 a.m. that someone struck her 2008 Audi while it was parked at a local business on the 100 block of Burr Ridge Parkway. There were no suspects.

Police Assuage Parents

Due to a previous parent complaint, an officer at 11:28 a.m. contacted the Illinois Department of Health to verify recent work that had been done at Gower Middle School on the 7900 block of South Madison Street. The Department of Health verified that the work done was performed above and beyond standards. This information was passed along to the parents, police said.

MONDAY, APRIL 29

Sick Squirrel Scampers

Police responded to a report of a sick or injured squirrel at 6:14 p.m. on the first block of Old Mill Lane. The squirrel ran off into the trees, according to a report.

iPhone Swiped

A male reported at 6:06 p.m. that his iPhone was taken while he was playing basketball on the 600 block of Burr Ridge Parkway, according to police.

The Chump Took Change

A resident at 3:54 p.m. reported that someone rummaged through his or her vehicle on the 8200 block of Windsor Court. There were no signs of forced entry and all that appeared to be missing was some change, according to police.
