Uncle With AIDS Disciplined Nephew With Sex: Prosecutor
Lansing man abused his young nephew for three years, Cook County prosecutor says.

An uncle who used sex to discipline his young nephew over the course of three years was arrested after he commented on the size of his nephew’s penis to family members, prosecutors said in court Friday.
Gregory Terry, 39, of the 3600 block of 173rd Court, Lansing, appeared before Cook County Judge Darron Bowden on a charge of criminal sexual assault.
According to the charges, Terry gained custody of his nephew when the boy was 15 years old in 2011. Between Nov. 3, 2012, and Nov. 25, 2015, Terry performed oral sex on the youth twice a week as a form of discipline.
