2 Injured in McHenry County Crash
Both drivers in a head-on collision were taken to the hospital Saturday following a crash in Spring Grove.

A man and woman were injured in a head-on collision around 1 p.m. Saturday on Route 12 in Spring Grove, the Northwest Herald reports. Two cars were involved in the crash and were heavily damaged. Both drivers in the accident were taken to the hospital for injuries that were not considered life-threatening and police said citations will be issued.
