Acclaimed chef Cameron Grant has prepared a specialty, five-course
dinner menu complemented by Goose Island’s finest selection of ales.
Guests will enjoy a reception in the bar area before being treated to a sit-down dinner. Certified Cicerone® Rick Wildt from Goose Island will be on hand to instruct diners on pairing Chicago’s finest craft beer with international cuisine, and to educate guests on the brewpub’s storied 25-year history.
