Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. A cancer diagnosis along with facing everyday life stressors can be very challenging especially if you do not have a stress reduction strategy that works for you. The first step of this 12 week series involves identifying the sources of stress in your life and how you presently manage them through your behavior, attitude and emotions. Each week you will have the opportunity to learn about and experience a variety of techniques that include meditation, art, exercise, yoga, journaling, biofield therapy, guided imagery and breath work. This series will help you find new ways to look at and manage stress in your life as you create a plan that works for you. Best results obtained by attending each week.
