Most of the incidents reported involved a charge of public intoxication.

Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Disorderly Conduct

The following incidents of disorderly conduct were taken from the Elmhurst police reports dated Sept. 25-Oct. 9.

Robert Lee Baldwon, 63, 641 George St., Bensenville, was cited with public intoxication and possession of open alcohol at 110 W. North Ave. at 7:05 p.m. Sept. 25. Police said he was found lying on the ground in possession of a bottle of vodka.

Kenneth Butera, 25, 2218 Stonehaven Drive, Plainfield, was cited for public intoxication at 376 S. West Ave. at 5:07 p.m. Sept. 27.

Dennis Pedote, 44, 154 Evergreen, Elmhurst, was cited for public intoxication after police said he was found lying on the sidewalk near the entrance to The Club, 113 N. Addison, at 9:43 p.m. Sept. 28. He was released on bond.

Theodore Gehman, 21, 640 N. West Ave., Elmhurst, was cited for public urination in the Adelaide parking deck, 120 W. Adelaide, at 1:57 a.m. Sept. 29. He was released at the scene.

Jonathon F. Niewinski, 20, 10092 Holly Lane Apt. GS, Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property after he allegedly kicked in the front door of a home on the 700 block of Adele at 2:33 p.m. Oct. 2. He was released on bond.

Mark V. Malchert, 56, 404 N. Ellsworth, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police said he was found "highly intoxicated," lying down on the Prairie Path at Spring Road at 2:38 p.m. Oct. 6. He was released at the scene.

Mark V. Malchert, 56, 207 N. Hampshire, was cited for disorderly conduct and open alcohol in public after he was found passed out on the 100 block of East Schiller at 2:49 p.m. Oct. 9.
