Leonidas Café Chocolaterie, a chocolate shop located in downtown Wilmette, will be moving to Evanston after 8 years at 1157 Wilmette Ave. The store's current location will be closing at the end of May, and the Evanston location, at 1907 Central St., is set to open in July.

"We have outgrown this space and are not able to meet all of your requests," a sign on the door of the Wilmette location says. "The new location will have more seating, a pastry kitchen, extended creperie and better opening hours."

The Evanston location will be on the corner of Green Bay Rd. and Central Ave., right next to Maya Papaya and Tony Macarony Children's Boutique.

Coupons are available inside the Wilmette location for five free pieces of chocolate at the Evanston location once it opens.

Leonida's Café Chocolaterie' Wilmette location is owned by Marie Douailly. She also owns locations in Northbrook and downtown Chicago.
