The following arrests and incidents were reported by the : 

Three Arrested For DUI, Assault, Theft

John Henry Lamondi, 58, of the 400 block of Elm Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 5:38 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at the intersection of Asbury Avenue and Crain Street, according to police.

Deon Anthony McGee, 33, of the 1900 block of Jackson Street in Chicago, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault at 10:03 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, in the 1900 block of Howard Street, police reported. 

Maurice Wade, 33, of the 1400 block of South Canal Street in Chicago, was arrested and charged with theft at 8:55 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, in the 2200 block of Sherman Avenue in Evanston, according to police.

Residential Burglary on Monroe Street

Someone entered the unlocked rear door of a garage in the 1600 block of Monroe Street and stole a Schwinn generator light, rack and Bell bicycle between 5 and 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, according to police.

Duo Steals Hard Drive on Thayer Street

A man and woman stole a Western digital external hard drive from an apartment in the 2600 block of Thayer Street between July 28 and Aug. 7, according to police. 

Firestone Tire Stolen From Garage

Someone stole a Firestone tire from beneath a car parked in a garage in the 400 block of Howard Street between noon and 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, police reported.

Kindle, iPhone Stolen From Vehicles

Someone stole an Amazon Kindle from a 1993 Volvo parked in the 1200 block of Judson Avenue between 4:30 and 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, police reported.

Someone stole an iPhone by reaching through the open window of a 2000 Ford parked in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, according to police.

Graffiti Found on Judson Avenue

Graffiti appeared in a park in the 700 block of Judson Avenue between 9:00 and 9:19 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, according to police.
