Man Killed In Fiery Car Crash In Glendale Heights: Police
Police say the car was engulfed in flames and the driver was trapped inside.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — A man is dead after a fiery collision in Glendale Heights early Friday. Police say the crash took place just after 2 a.m. in the intersection of Glen Ellyn Rd. and North Ave. and caused the driver to become trapped as his car burst into flames.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash halted traffic between Glen Ellyn and Bloomindale Roads until nearly 8 a.m., police say, as investigative crews worked to reconstruct the accident.
