Unlicensed Massage Therapist Charged With Prostitution: Police
Two others were also charged with practicing or aiding in the practice of massage therapy without a license.

Here is a look at recent arrest reports made by Glen Ellyn police officers:
- Yan Mei, 36, of 565B Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 565B Roosevelt Road at 1:58 p.m. on Jan. 12 for practicing or aiding in the practice of massage therapy without a license.
- Jinhau Jiao, 53, of Flushing, NY, was arrested at 565B Roosevelt Road at 1:58 p.m. on Jan. 12 and has been charged with prostitution and practicing or aiding in the practice of massage therapy without a license.
- Dehua Fan, 49, 775 Castleton Court in Carol Stream, was arrested at 565 Roosevelt Road at 1:58 p.m. on Jan. 12 for practicing or aiding in the practice of massage therapy without a license. His bond was set at $1,500.
- Mario Garcia-Moreno, 39, of Cicero, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Jan. 15 at 339 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn for possession of a controlled substance, DUI/alcohol, DUI Alcohol/Drugs and no driver’s license/permit.
- Scott R. Vanhorne, 27, of 569 Pennsylvania Apt. Basement, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Jan. 14 at his home for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Tobias C. Braun, 18, of 575 Newton Ave., was arrested at 3 p.m. on Jan. 14 at his home for theft by deception.
