Grayslake Ranked Among the Best Suburbs in the State to Live

GRAYSLAKE, IL - Grayslake has been ranked among the best suburbs to live in Illinois, according to recently released Niche.com rankings.

Niche.com created its 2016 Best Suburbs in Illinois list by comparing data on crime, public schools, cost of living, job opportunities, and local amenities for suburban towns in Illinois. Grayslake was ranked at No. 3 on the list just behind Bannockburn at No. 2 and Naperville at No. 1.

Grayslake has average home values, average rent costs, and low unemployment levels, according to Niche.com, and residents citizens generally have high education levels and very high income levels.

Nearby, Vernon Hills also received high ranks on the list, coming in at No. 7, and Libertyville was ranked as the 13th best suburb in the state.
