Wisconsin Man Faces DUI, Reckless Homicide Charges Following Fatal Crash

A 28-year-old man from Kenosha, Wis., faces charges following a crash Tuesday morning that killed Gordon Searle, 46, of Lindenhurst, the Daily Herald reports.

Kenneth F. Szczesny Jr. has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence causing death, reckless homicide and improper lane usage after police said he drove his pick-up truck across the center line on Route 120 west of Route 12 near Lakemoor and struck a westbound Honda Accord driven by Searle, according to the newspaper.

The crash, which involved five vehicles, occurred at 9:30 a.m. on Route 120 near Fisher Road in Lakemoor, the Daily Herald reports. A passenger in Searle’s car was taken to a local hospital but his condition was not known.
