Former U.S. Senator Russ Feingold Coming to Hinsdale Central
Feingold will speak Oct. 22 about campaign finance reform and his time in the U.S. Senate, and all profits from ticket sales will go directly to the Rock the Vote organization.

On Oct. 22, former U.S. senator from Wisconsin Russ Feingold will be speaking at the Hinsdale Central High School auditorium. His presentation will be at 6:30 p.m. and he will be speaking about campaign finance reform and his time in the U.S. Senate. All profits from ticket sales will go directly to the Rock the Vote organization.
This event will be open to the public, but Hinsdale Central High School students and staff will have access to tickets first. Tickets will be available to Hinsdale Central High School students and staff starting on Oct. 15, and they will be $7. Tickets will be available to the public the evening of Oct. 22, at the door, and they will be $10.
Anderson’s Bookshop will also be selling Feingold’s book, While America Sleeps, in the auditorium lobby after the speech, and Feingold will be available to sign books after his presentation. This event is sponsored by the Hinsdale Central Young Progressives Club. The club is accepting any donations help pay for Feingold’s speaking fee.
