  • Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class 2 Felony)
  • Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor)

Sullivan was transported to a bond hearing where he was remanded to the custody of the Lake County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.
