CHICAGO, IL – February __, 2016 – Chicago real estate brokerage Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group has announced that it significantly outpaced the Chicago real estate market for luxury properties listed at $1 million and above in January 2016. According to MRED MLS, the company enjoyed 31 percent of the market in Chicago for the month of January, 2016, and 25 percent of the market in Chicago for the month of December.

This follows closely on the heels of a very successful 2015 where the firm had the highest total closed sales volume of listings $1 million plus in MRED MLS in Chicago from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
