Man Found Dead in Train Bathroom: Police
The Aurora Police Department is investigating the incident. No foul play is suspected at this time.
A man was found dead in a train bathroom Thursday afternoon, according to a release from the Aurora Police Department.
The man was found on a Burlington Northern passenger train. No details regarding the age or identity of the man were available.
Officers responded to the Aurora Transportation Center at 233 N. Broadway at about 2:05 p.m. after being notified by railroad personnel. There are no outward signs of trauma to the body, according to the preliminary investigation and foul play is not suspected at this time.

Detectives and evidence technicians from the Aurora police are currently on-scene and are working with Burlington Northern Railroad investigators and the Kane County Coroner.
