Women Allegedly Stole 180 Items from Naperville Walmart

The women reportedly filled up two shopping carts with merchandise.

Four women have been arrested for allegedly shoplifting 180 items from a Naperville Walmart.

Diamond N. Holmes, 21, of the 8000 block of South Langley Avenue in Chicago, Naji I. Williams-Hart, 19, of the 8000 block of South Eberhart Avenue in Chicago; Laura B.A. Wilson, 22, of the 7500 block of South Eberhart Avenue in Chicago and Jaleesa R. James, 24, of the 2400 block of North Fourth Street in Minneapolis were arrested at 9:42 Friday at the Walmart located at 2552 W. 75th St. in Naperville.

Naperville Police Commander Jason Arres told the Chicago Tribune that the women tried to exit the store with a shopping cart and a handicapped shopping cart that were reportedly filled with items. One cart had 95 items, while the other had 85. The approximate retail value of the items exceeded $500.

Bail for James and Williams-Hart was set at $50,000, while Wlson’s bail was set at $40,000 and Holmes’ was set at $7,500.

Williams-Hart had been arrested nine days earlier In Lombard for burglary and possession of burglary tools. Holmes was convicted of a misdemeanor retail theft after an incident at a Macy’s in the Oakbrook Center Mall in Oak Brook, according to the Tribune.
