Oak Forest HS Softball Athletes Sign Letter of Intent to Play Collegiate Sports

Congratulations and good luck to these talented softball players

Congratulations to Oak Forest High School Seniors Lauren Wengert, Caitlyn Aardema, Maddie Keating, and Angela Elias, who signed letters of intent to play collegiate softball under the supportive eyes of Oak Forest High School Athletic Director Ron Towner, OFHS Softball Coach Katy Dammer, OFHS Assistant Softball Coach Caitlyn McMahon, and Oak Forest High School Assistant Athletic Director Mike Brown.

Lauren Wengert will be playing at MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois. While she is playing third base for Coach Samantha Valentine, she will be studying to become a nurse. Lauren is the daughter of Elaine and Daniel Wengert of Oak Forest.

Caitlyn Aardema will be playing softball for Trinity Christian College. While pitching for Coach Jackie Manrique, she will be studying to become a nurse. Caitlyn is the daughter of Mike and Michelle Aardema of Oak Forest.

Maddie Keating will be playing next year for the University of St. Francis in Joliet. While she will be playing outfield for Coach Amanda Jensen, she will also be studying to become a nurse. Maddie is the daughter of Mark and Karen Keating of Oak Forest.

Angela Elias will be playing softball for Lakeland University in Plymouth, Wisconsin. While she will be catching for Coach Hailey Dreyer, she will be studying to become an accountant. Angela is the daughter of Meganne and Anthony Elias of Oak Forest.
