Fox Lake Police Lt. Joe Gliniewicz
BMO Harris Bank has established a memorial fund to benefit the family of Lt. Joe Gliniewicz, who was gunned down in the line of duty this past Tuesday.
The tragic death of the beloved, veteran Fox Lake police officer, who delayed his retirement by a month because the department was shorthanded, has touched all throughout the Chicago area and across the nation. Lt. Gliniewicz leaves a wife and four sons.
All BMO Harris Bank locations are currently accepting check donations from customers or the general public, with donations going towards support of Lt. Gliniewicz’s family. Checks can be made payable to the Lt. Joe Gliniewicz Memorial Fund.

Donation acknowledgement forms will be generated for all contributions of $250 or more in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines. Individuals needing tax receipts will be required to use a check.
