Woman Removes Ankle Monitor, Tries To Put It Back On With Duct Tape: COPS
Oak Lawn woman had been placed on electronic home monitoring for throwing phone at officer's groin area, court records said.

OAK LAWN, IL -- An Oak Lawn woman on electronic home monitoring for allegedly battering a cop picked up another charge for criminal damage to government supported property, prosecutors said.
Annette Forst, 56, of the 9800 block of South Kostner Avenue, was arrested after she removed her electronic ankle bracelet on Aug. 25, according to the charges. Forst allegedly tried to put it back on her ankle with duct tape.
Police arrested Forst on July 9, when she threw a phone at an Oak Lawn police officer, which hit him in the groin area, prosecutors said.

She was given a $10,000 I-bond and placed on electronic monitoring. Forst is due back in court on Sept. 8 in Bridgeivew.
