Oak Park Post Office to Host Customer Appreciation Day

The Oak Park Post Office is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, Aug. 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Oak Park Post Office, 901 Lake Street.

This event will include a special pictorial postmark celebrating the Oak Park Post Office 80th anniversary.

“The Oak Park Post Office is rich with history and sharing it with our customers will be exciting,” said postmaster Philip Crawford in a statement.

The event will also include tours of the historical Post Office as well as light refreshments and giveaways.

“This is our way to say, thank you for your business,” Crawford said.
