Stephani Salzman, 33, with addresses in Calumet City, IL, and Hammond, IN, was observed by store security walking out of the Lowe’s store at 15601 S. LaGrange Road, with a tankless water heater around 1:22 p.m. May 6, the detective said.
The water heater was valued at $990. The detective told the judge that Salzman was picked out of a photo array by store security who recognized her from past thefts.
