71-Year-Old Beaten With Baseball Bat: Oswego Police
A 41-year-old Oswego man is charged with aggravated battery and battery in an incident that sent a man 30 years his senior to the hospital on Friday, police said.

Richard Gonazalez, 41, of the 0-100 block of Stonehill, Oswego, is accused of striking a 71-year-old man with a bat at his Benton Street.

The victim was reportedly taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, while Gonzalez was transported to the Kendall County jail.
