By Jennifer Fisher

A 20-year-old Plainfield man will serve three years in prison for sexually abusing a 13-year-old Naperville girl in summer  2012, according to the Naperville Sun.

Jonathan A. Fogelman was found guilty of two felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse last week after police found child pornography on his cell phone,  the Sun reports.

According to the Daily Herald, the victim was a family friend and the family notified Naperville police of at least one case of sexual abuse in December. Will County court records indicate an offense allegedly occurred Aug. 1, 2012.
