Will County DUI Arrests: March 30

Plainfield

March 26 Richard L. Volpi, 52, of the 1700 block of Prairie Wind Drive, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an uinsured car, according to booking records.

March 24 Deborah A. Sims, 29, of the 14000 block of Faulkner Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use, according to booking records. Her bond was set at $3,000.

March 22 Sean Kennedy, 26, of the 23000 block of Ottawa Street in Plainfield was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:30 p.m. at 143rd Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

March 21 Kelsey F. Nonneman, 25, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police  and booked into the   Will County jail  on an in-state warrant and a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Romeoville 

March 18 Cesar Chavez, 36, of the 1900 block of Brimstone, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 12:39 a.m. in the 1900 block of Brimstone and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving an uninsured vehicle and texting while driving, according to police.

March 16 Juan Rodriguez, 54, of the 1000 block of Murphy Drive, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 5:25 p.m. at Murphy Drive and Hemlock and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to display license, failure to signal, disobeying a traffic device and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said. 

March 16 Jorge Madrigal, 57, of the 400 block of Anna Lane, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police at 12:11 a.m. at Route 53 and Airport Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and failure to change address, police said.

March 8 Steven Easter, 25, of the 1800 block of Marlboro Lane, Crest Hill, was arrested by Romeoville police at 1:19 a.m. in the 400 block of South Weber Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to display ID and failure to change address on his ID.

Bolingbrook

March 16 Vito Delnero, 41, 1810 Maple Ave., Berwyn, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. and charged with improper turn at intersection, no insurance and DUI following a traffic stop at Robinhood Way and Route 53, police said. 

March 16 Daniel Adams, 25, 215 Steamboat Dr., was arrested at 3:23 a.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Blackfoot Drive, police said. 

March 14 Erika Soteno, 29, 8309 David Dr., Woodridge, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. and charged with improper lighting, improper lane usage and DUI following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Royce Road, police said. 

March 14 Frank Novak, 28, 1117 Laureli Cir, Naperville, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. and charged with two counts of DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop on the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

March 13 Christine Conway, 37, 840 Fremont Ave., Morris, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. and charged with failure to signal, improper lane usage and DUI following a traffic stop on the 400 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

March 12 Elias Hernandez, 35, 250 Braemar Glen, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. and charged with no tail lights, improper lane usage and DUI following a traffic stop at Rockhurst Road and Ashbury Drive, police said.

Joliet

March 27 Daniel Sutter, 32 Argyle Place, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 27 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

March 26 Richard L. Volpi, 52, 1708 Prairie Wind Drive, Joliet, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 26 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

March 24 Deborah A. Sims, 29, 14110 S. Faulkner, Plainfield, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, failure to reduce speed and improper traffic lane use.

March 23 Michael F. Binzen, 55, 1126 Gael, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 23 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, speeding and improper turn signal.

March 23 Kenneth C. Ward, 57, 2209 N. Bogdan, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 23 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing justice/destroying evidence, and improper traffic lane use. 

March 21 Scott Andrew Carneghi, 42, 3121 Tyler, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving 40-plus miles over the limit and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

March 21 Darryl Joseph Villareal, 51, 1404 Regency Ridge, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper traffic lane usage. 

March 21 Briana C. Woods, 22, 821 Second Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on March 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper traffic lane usage.

Channahon

 March 24 Jason A. Medema, 31, of 23214 S. Frontage W., Channahon, was booked by Channahon Police on charges of driving under the influence on March 24. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facilty. Medema's bond was set at $5,025.
