Bolingbrook HS Defensive End to Play in All-American Bowl

Micah Dew-Treadway is among three Illinois prep football players chosen for the Jan. 4 event in San Diego.

Bolingbrook High School’s Micah Dew-Treadway is one of only three Illinois prep football players chosen to play in the 4th annual Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl Jan. 4 in San Diego.

The 6-4, 269 pound defensive end who is headed to Notre Dame next year, will join Providence wide receiver Miles Boykin and Jacksonville offensive tackle Gabe Megginson on the West Team in the 8 p.m. (CST) contest featuring the nation’s best and brightest high school football players.

The United States Marine Corps Recruiting Command’s Semper Fidelis Football Program is unique in that it brings together 90 student-athletes from across the country who demonstrate success both on and off the gridiron. Semper Fidelis All-Americans are selected for both their football ability and for their character, academic performance and leadership.
