Man Accused of Pot Delivery, DUI Charge for Oswego Woman: Blotter

MONDAY, JAN. 20

Trespassing

David P. Gregory, 20, of the 24600 block of West Manor Drive, Shorewood, was charged with trespassing after officers responded to a report at about 1:20 p.m. of an unwanted person at Walgreens, 1160 W. Jefferson. He posted bond and was released with court information.

FRIDAY, JAN. 17

DUI

Ashley B. Brand, 27, of the 400 block of Prairieview Drive, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence, failing to notify the Secretary of State of an address change and improper lane use after she was stopped for a speeding violation at about 2:11 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Jefferson. Brand posted bond and was released with court information.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 15

Marijuana Delivery

Osvalso Martinez, 22, of the 1800 block of Mandan Village Drive, Plainfield, was charged with delivery of marijuana, possessing drug equipment, obstructing justice, driving with a suspended license and illegal use of a cell phone. He also was arrested on Will County warrants for delivery of marijuana and driving with a suspended license after police observed him driving while talking on his cell phone at about 1:41 p.m. near Black Road and Summit Creek Drive. Martinez was taken to Will County jail.

MONDAY, JAN. 13

Warrant Arrest

Rosa Perez, 23, of the 2100 block of Carpenter Avenue, Plainfield, was arrested on a Will County warrant for driving without insurance after she was stopped at about 2:23 a.m. near David A. Barry Drive and River Road for a speeding violation. She was taken to Will County jail.
