Free Flu Shots at Niles Township in Skokie
Free flu shots will be administered at Niles Township on October 19, 2016, 9:00-5:00 p.m. By appointment only, call 847-673-9300.
Niles Township Government is providing free flu vaccines to Township residents that may not have access to a flu shot. The clinic is being offered in partnership with Asian Human Services of Skokie/Chicago. Licensed healthcare professionals will be at the Township office located at 5255 Main Street in Skokie, on October 19, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Flu vaccines will be administered on an appointment only basis and clients (or guardians) are required to sign a consent form prior to receiving the injection. For more information and to make your appointment, please phone the Township office at (847) 673-9300.
