Construction is expected to get underway on July 14 and continue through July 31.

As part of the city’s road maintenance work this summer, crews will be working near the following four intersections on Roosevelt Road between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from July 14 through July 31:

  • Blanchard & Roosevelt Road
  • President Street & Roosevelt Road
  • Naperville Road & Roosevelt Road
  • West Street/Warrenville Road & Roosevelt Road

This project will include pavement resurfacing on the four streets intersecting with Roosevelt and electrical work on the traffic signals. There will be intermittent lane closures on Roosevelt Road to allow for this work.

During construction, drivers and pedestrians should expect traffic delays. Traffic signal timing will be affected, with shorter green lights and arrows for vehicles on Blanchard, President, Naperville Road and West Street/Warrenville Road at these intersections.
